Location is good and garden, trees are main attraction. Staff are kind and good service. Play area for kids and lot of open space for walking

Location is fine.(6KM from the railway station). Ambience is good. We had lunch and dinner here. The food delicious.

The location of the resort is very good. It is a bit far from the city center so the place is away from the crowd which is what one wants during a vacation. Though the train tracks are close to the resort, it is very quiet. Walking around the area during early mornings was pleasant. Though food is not included, it was reasonably priced and decent. We were able to change our two rooms to a suit.

The resort lacks the one thing you expect from the service industry - hospitality. I would have rated this place a 8 if this wasn't the case. Checkin process was not smooth at all. Though we booked two rooms, one of the room shown to us was so bad that there was no way we could stay in it. Even the suit that we stayed it was basic and could be cleaner. Neither the owner nor the staff have any idea on how to run and maintain a "resort". The place could do wonders being managed by someone with experience working with guests.

Pls don’t waste your money by booking this hotel, the room size is so small you can’t walk inside bathroom to bed! The amount you pay is not worth it! Complementary breakfast is so poor.

There is not much to like about the place

The location is far from the town but quite close to main road and the Railway track, so quite loud due to all the traffic on the road and on the railway tracks. The place is managed by some boys who have not much idea about professional hospitality and All the facilities are of supremely low quality.The room advertised as double room is basically a single room and the Luxury Villa is basically a standard double room. The room lacks basic amenities for e.g., Water Kettle, fridge. The place is not clean at all, wash basins, commodes, shower facilities are similar to what is offered in an public toilets. WiFi is quite week in most of the areas.

Scary location.. it is located almost out of the city (araku valley) having no compound wall ,no sufficient staff, owner himself manages things . Rates Negotiable for rooms . Suggesting you that pay no advance before reach the property and check thoroughly there are no sofas in deluxe rooms , we can get only one bed that takes entire space of room.Owner himself sitting at main gate like Watchmen and waiting for guests .. ? .

Place is nature friendly.

Not clean, arrogant behavior, rooks are filled with mosquitoes.

Food arrangement should be improved. We mainly had dinner at the resort, food arrangement by resort staff was good but as the menu very little were available, as the resort is situated at the outskirt of the main market area, it difficult for border to go outside and eat. Authority should look in this matter.
